  • 20min. at 350° seems like a lot of electricity used for a small snack of chips.

  • @jasonlajoie GOod point! You should definitely make a couple of bunches of kale, if not more at once. That way you'll have many snacks which lowers the overall energy usage.

  • AWESOME! My dad worships Kale - this is the puuurfect excuse for him to bring home a bushell every week!

  • I think it is healthier in a dehydrator.

  • I actually do it at about 375 for 10 mins or so, and I don't flip them.

  • im not eating this crap, any nutrients that were in these were turned into cardboard durring the cooking process.

  • love your videos! i have kale in the fridge..and really didn't want the same ol' steamed kale ... so this is a great tip..and i'm going to make it right now!! my kids will love this and they love creating recipes with me!

  • 1 teaspoon of salt is the best. Overall, 350 is perfect, and anyone who disagrees isn't helpful! :D

  • if you dehydrate them at 105* you wont kill its digestive enzymes!

  • If I am not mistaken the 350 temp is too high and likely baking the nutritional value out of the Kale. While a dehydrator is ideal, I think it's better to not bake them higher than 200, which will take a lot longer, but....
