Sang H. Kim demonstrates examples of dynamic breathing or ki breathing exercises. Filmed in the late 80s, these exercises predate his Power Breathing method. More at http://www.turtlepress.com.
I would have to modify this one a bit for my bad knees, but it looks very nice and the movements seem like they will work very well with the Masters Junsado system, which I highly recommend for a practical self defense system.
One small problem - no information on how he's controlling his BREATHING while doing this posturing. Not too helpful.

@Aetherus7 Just move until you feel the tension in your legs, where you are comfortable, you will be ok.
