  • More government jobs? The government doesn't produce or manufacture anything of value does it? Does this mean taxpayers paying for the unemployed to work for the government? Where does the money come from to pay for these so called jobs? Sorry for all the questions, this is really confusing. It just seems to me that common sense would be to reduce the size of government, not expand it. The larger govt gets, the more it costs to run it.

  • We desperately need glass-stegal, but i think the lobbyists have too much influence to get something like that passed right now. Hopefully that will change. Thanks Todd!

  • He's right about the need to renew the Glass-Steagal Act - I wonder why no one within the political system seems to be calling for that? Ah, well . . . it's a guess of course, but I bet he's right about an ongoing stimulus, too.
