Configuring Compiz effects

I demonstrate how to activate compiz and demonstrate how to configure some of the effects via adding the compiz configuration manager through add/remove programs. From viewing how to activate these effects, namely painting fire on the screen, mouse effects and water effects you should be able to understand the procedure involved in activating and configuring any compiz effect. Additionally you should be able to understand how to use the various key combinations to activate such effects. One important note to remember for newcomers to Ubuntu is that the super key is just another name for the windows key which is located between the ctrl and alt keys on the bottom, far left.

OMG after like a zillion replays of another video and 1 hour I finally got it to work!! If I only had know about your videos then, I would have been much more successful without feeling like a total loser for 1 hour!! =p Thanks for the video though, they are awesome!! =)

Thank you for the great job on the tutorial on how to set up the Compiz menu on Ubuntu. You are the only one that I have found on You Tube to actually show me how to install the menu.
