This was my first experience scuba diving in Jamaica at the Sandals resort in Negril Jamaica. I'm joined by my wife Esther and my friend Russ

take these folk are inexperienced divers , use up some ammount of air

I learned to scuba dive in negril and i found the instructors to be very thorough, i learned neutral bouyancy, mask clearing, swapping regulators, breathing under water with no mask, breathing with broken regulator ,the list goes on!!

GET OFF THE BOTTEM....... Add a bit of air.....

I would suggest diving Jamaica with the Negril scuba centre, much more professional than these dive masters, they teach you about bouyancy so you're not kickin the heck out of the reef

You guys need to chill Sandals offers first time Certifications for us newbies. I live for Granda Ocho Rios on March 5 it will be my first time too. I just hope I have as much fun as it looks like these guys did!
