1) Christianity is older then your "Muhammad" about 700 years, and Jews is older then yours "Muhammad" about 2500 years.
2) No one of them did not call him, because it is sin to jork the name of Creator for nothing, like you always do. And "Allah" is the name of pagan god, "demon of the desert" in arabs Mekka.

@Lejendary2 Yep, and most non-christians fled (Muslims and jews) to maghreb. Who did not fled, became new christians (Cristianos nuevos) - were forcibly converted to christianity.
