@Qandoluk , from what i read other comments of his other recitations on utube..he's from riyadh, saudi arabia.

Thank you for your post. This is not the best of this great Qari Utaybi, he has his trademark rhythm and lift which was not apparent on this recitation. The best of him would ned to have his usual rhythm and tone and then comes the quality of recording with extra style from the Qari. May Allah swt reward you the best inshallah. Salamu alaykum :)

i have no idea where he is from sister i have found his recitation not complete quran but here and there pieces and i edited if you do find it plz do share but i love his recitation subhanALLAH its amazing
