Nick Drake-Knight describes his Structure of Well-Done-Ness, the concept of helping employees recognise the structural components of their success in order that they may replicate their achievement again and again until it becomes habit(ual) behaviour. He proposes that most praise provided by managers, teachers, parents, and significant others is in the form of 'chocolate praise'. Chocolate praise often comes in the form of a 'well done' which provides a temporary feel good, but no recognition or understanding of structure. www.ndk-group.com
