Do you suggest using a cuticle oil, or are you using some other kind I am not aware of? I have read to allow the cuticle oil to set in for a few minutes to allow it to soften the cuticles.

Should people buy and bring their own files to salons? Metal instruments can be sanitized, but files can't. It worries me that files used on me have been used on others. What say ye nail specialists out there?
