This is not a working game, this is working code that is starting to look like a game. I'm programming this in my free time so I hope you enjoy programmer art.

That’s an even better solution then I thought of! I was hoping that the player could control how powerful the shield was for different directions, but with that system it’s even more flexible, and with a game like this the more flexible things are the better.

Really looking foward for your next uppdate!

This looks amazing, I'd love to buy this whenever it is available to the public (if ever).

Really, really, really cool stuff here. I'm actually in the super-preliminary stages of making something kind of similar (tile-based spaceship sim), but going in a different kind of direction with it. Really looking forward to seeing more of this :)

Love it! Tanks for link to your project. Continue with those ideas become this has potential to become pure gold. And I agree, this is something I have wanted to play for some time too.

Would love to see more of negative effects the ship taking damage, right now its a bit anti climatic for the things just "breaking". Would love to see things like explosions and air levels within the ship.

Also, I would say make the power shield a circle around the ship instead, looks a bit odd right now.
