wouldn't the igloo collapse when cutting the entrance? Sorry if the question sounds stupid but I've lived in Florida basically all my life and never got to build any igloos or snow forts on winter vacation. I'm moving to Alaska and building an igloo is my goal. So just wanted to know how to cut and entrance open without collapsing the igloo.

No the igloo won't collapse because the snow refreezes soon after the blocks are set, that is what makes the structure so strong! Check out the last frame where I am sitting on it.

cause then it's called a snow fort not an igloo. that is the ccorrect way to make an igloo. all the other ways where u have a pile of snow and u just tunnel through it then it's a snow fort. but theese guys made an igloo. :-)
