This is a leak that jagex let out when they released the skill message update, and the quick chat system.

there are little things in the quickchat system that people are theorizing are leaks, but they are just pictures in game and the website that are considered "objects" through the coding of runescape, and thus when Quick Chat was released it has the names of 'all' the objects in it... this meaning all those odd ones, like "mobile phone" which is a picture on the website. also "pretty girl" another object on the website, that isn't really an in game item.

Some items mistaking as false items include the "Bow-sword" which is actually a weapon during a quest.

Jagex said that they are gonna have this fixed shortly.

rocking out came out 2 weeks before runescape HD, which was july 1st. 2 weeks before would place it some time in june

may 22 is almost 1 month before, yes, leaked.
