I just finished reading it, had no idea what it was about and I was stunned from the very beginning. I hadn't read such a mesmerizing book in a very long time. I felt like reading classic like "Rebecca" and "Jane Eyre" again and yet it was so different. Though I had discovered the girl's mystery quite sooner than Cassandra, yet it didn't diminish the joy of reading it even a bit. And I couldn't get enough of Eliza's fairy tales, there had to be more in the book! :)

I just finished Forgotten Garden, the first book I've read by Kate Morton. I was completely captured, truly I couldn't stop reading until the end! Wonderful story and so brilliantly written, what a joy! I can hardly wait to read everything she has written. Thank you so much Kate!

@1947Spanky Hi, I have just read your comment about the books and have to agree. I have just finished The Forgotten Garden and found myself frantically trying to find more pages at the end of the book, I enjoyed it so much. Have read them all now and cant wait for the fourth which is supposed to be out at the end of 2012!!!

What an excellent book. I couldn't put it down. While at work I couldn't wait to get home to pick up my book and oh how my poor dogs suffered with minimal attention during this read. I'm glad the book is finished so I can get back to normal but I'm also sad the book is finished because I loved it and wanted it to go on. I have also read the House at Riverton and very much enjoyed it but I love the Forgotten Garden. Thank you Kate!
