Male Lactation - Man's Nipple Leaks Milk!

My brother has been lactating since childhood. We finally have video evidence. Does he have excessive levels of prolactin? Some sort of chromosomal disorder? He does have weird finger joints and a rib in his neck. I wonder if risperidone or paliperidone would enhance his milking.

@CVX3600 Yes, it's called a supernumerary cervical rib (which is a fancy way of saying "an extra rib that is in the neck"). I'm not sure why, but people sometimes will develop a rib in the C7 vertebra.

I didn't see a 'milk' coming forth If it is clear / yellowish he could have a small cyst on one of his ducts. Trust me, been there before, bro. One simple out-patient surgery later, and I was leakage free. :)
