  • Umm... Hi I'm a Proxy.. you can use me to go around "blocks" on the internet. Oh my gosh... what is this? Net neutrality is already being violated because companies with lots of money and websites that get over 10,000 hits per second pay third party providers for better access to ISPs across the globe. What am I.. Oh I'm VOIP ... yup don't prioritize me so you have to go back to using copper and use those minutes on your cell phone.
