The Digging Begins!

The digging begins to remove the buried 1957 Belvedere. June 15th is the day!

This is the start of the digging to free the car that had been buried for 50 years under the courthouse lawn.

This just seems so disrespectful to the guy who was buried in it.

Why go against his last wishes if he wanted to be buried in his car?

Of course, positioning the digger on top of the time capsule was a bit chancy! Lucky thing that concrete held. Many thanks, Crablogic, for being our eyes out there in Tulsa.
