Music GCSE Composition One - Ternary Piece ( Se lever - rise )

Yeah this was my first composition which i made over a year ago now on sibelius, was a bit of a noob with notation and music then, well, still am but not as much, tell me what you think, rate, comment, subscribe?

The composition is very good. A few points of constructive criticism...

The melody and chords at the end of the A section seem to clash. This may be intentional but it didn't quite fit with the rest of the piece.

You may want to revisit the ending, although I know it is annoying and difficult to make a good ending without sounding clichéd.

Your teacher's feedback will probably be more useful than mine though. Still overall very good, better than most GCSE compositions (at least in my school)

thanks for your critisism but this composition was sent off a long time ago, so i couldnt do anything to it now. and for the ending, pfft i know its aweful ahah.

aha im doing Music Tech now :) its pretty good, i wanted to take music too, but my mum was like, people arent going to want 2 a levels in music blah blah

eughh yeah i was pretty shit at sibelius (still got an A* :P) last year but im doing it for A level this year and i've suddenly got a lot better... i guess practice makes perfect.

Try make the accompaniment a little more complicated - gave it more rhythm and you'll get extra marks for that.
