her hair looks relaxed. They say texturizers have less harsh chemicals than relaxers, u think i can use this 2 get the relax look like your daughter's?

@abbykimz Yes you can, but I no longer use this product. The key is not to smooth it too much or at all.

 Wanted to find out ow long u left the texturizer on, (coz her hair came out straight) and from what i've been reading about texturizers, its not suppose to straighten the hair but jus slighlty loosen the curls.(Jus to clarify :-) ) Secondly, i'd like to know ow long her hair remained straight?Hope my questions are not 2 many. Wanna texturize ma hair, and am tryin 2 get as much info as i possibly can. P.S reply :-) tnx.

@missbeautyqueen20 it more or less worked like a relaxer. It stayed straight for about a month then began to curl a little. Hmm if you can go with out texturizing your hair, go with out it.

Hi, when you use the texturizer, it was straight at first; after checking back the hair after about three weeks or so, did you find that the texture came back to the hair or some of the texture?

Hey! I just got JFM and I've been hearing about how it makes your hair straight even if kept in for the suggested time. My hair is 3c/4a and I haven't had a relaxer since September 2008 & it's virgin. What do you suggest I do? I really don't want permantley relaxed hair :'( Should I do a strand test and leave it in for 2 minutes?

looks really good! a bit too processed but a great first try. And I love the song at the end lol. oh it helps if you put more than just the sunflower oil to cut it..put some olive oil in as well so you have more time to get the product everywhere. move quick. just keeping it in for like 15 minutes.

is her hair natural because i was going to install this texture softener when my hair got a little longer to define my curls and make them more manageable but it looks like her hair just got straight not curly... why is that?

I use this my my hair is stil very curly I dont comb throught it at all
