5 very usefull tips if you are trying to get more flexible. This week I will upload more flexibility videos and I will upload more workout videos probably next week.

  • @CzechFitnessGirl Thanks, I find the front split way more difficult than the side split personally, but there are a lot of people who can easily do the front one, but don't get close to the side one. Nice job, not many people can do a split, regardless of which one!

  • @argentinasoldier That's pretty much nonsense. Don't believe everything you hear as that is the reason a lot of people fail at getting the results they want.

  • @1111aaa2222 Actually, vegetarian diets do NOT supply all vitamins. Vitamin B12 often has to be supplemented otherwise you will not get enough. The mineral Iron has to be supplemented quite often as well, because the iron from plant sources is hard to absorb. Although B12 deficiency is less common for those vegetarians eating eggs and dairy products.

  • @Nickasauur Wrong. Please educate yourself and stop the bullshit. Check out the American Dietary Association or the Mayo Clinic site. Vegetarian diets provide all the vitamins required for health.

  • @argentinasoldier im not one of those health fanatics, but if you cut meat out of your diet im sure you'll lose vital vitamins. A healthy diet is a bit of everything :D
