Hey, I know it wont come out with the same taste, BUT If I were to do this in the Oven, ( the roast) how do I go about doing that as far as temperature, and time or what not?

good ol meat and taters.was that a sear on both sides,put on indirect heat and cook for how long?looks like it was some fine eatin as usual.

Seared both sides & cooked indirect till 130 internal. How long, hummm...
