The American civil liberties union?! Are you F***ING kidding me? They have no power or authority what so ever! Here is a fact you may actually like to know: The federal government does NOT have police authority on public lands! Only the local police and sheriffs depts. do. Doubt this? Look up Sheriff Tony DeMeo here on youtube. Get your facts and rights figured out and soon, 'it's' coming down the pike!

If people really believe this... Theres a 27 minute video on youtube of a guy pulled over by Boarder patrol and they even say the 100 mile constitution free zone.

You don't get it. Ever wonder why the Border Patrol people can search your car when you cross into Mexico? Normally they wouldn't be able to do that until after they've arrested you (and in most cases not even then). But they don't need a warrant conduct a routine search at the border. Their definition of "border extends 100 MILES inland. Within 100 MILES there is no consitution. This is already happening in Cali-highway patrol cops set up random checkpoints to search cars.

I live in a town in this "Constitution-free Zone" and I'm willing to bet it's safe to assume that no one in my town is even aware of this. I think I'm going to bring this to the attention of my local township board, maybe I'll even try to draft some sort of bill to nullify this "Constitution-free Zone" in our area. Remember this: The Constitution is the law of the land, and supersedes all laws, and overrules this "Constitution-free zone" law.

I've heard a lot about the North American Union, but this is the first I've heard about a borderless "constitution free zone."
Seems like a lot of things are "happening" that people aren't aware of.
Turn off the TV.
