• Inkjet printing technology is refereed as Spray printing technology. Inkjet printing consist of print head which contains innumerous nozzles whose sizes are in microns (nano), so it is the nozzle that sprays during printing in the form of dots (Picolitre) & these dots finally forms An Image.
It's a fact that each & every Company's Printer Head & Picolitre drop Size differs, but this is also true that while printing from any brand of printer & consuming any type of ink first you should calculate your paid cost of Rs per 1 ml. which should not exceed than figures as given, i.e. from 1 Ml of ink you should get 4 Photo print outs of A4 size (8 X 12). This should always take into consideration, while calculating the print cost. If you are already a client of JCIPL than you save by 90% approx on your print cost in compare to OEM




• Any Inkjet Printer while switching on (consumes 10 units), starts cleaning the head by default do you know that while cleaning the print head it consumes 2 ml of ink equals to 32 units each time, which gets wasted every time you switch on the printer. For your further information the total life of a printer is 20,000 units approx. Now you can reset this Printer Life by the DVD (Indoor Resetter) provided with every CISSystem by JCIPL by resetting again the printer life will be extended by 20,000 units. Hence to over come this loss JCIPL suggest you to turn on your printer in the morning & switch off in the evening as by doing this your 2 ml inks will be wasted only once a day. If you select to do the manual Head Cleaning Option through the Maintenance Menu that each time you clean 32 units are consumed. If you consume any other inks than you need to do the Head cleaning process 10 times, but for Lyson Company ink needs 1 time cleaning. Even this should be taken into consideration while calculation of print cost. Now, you divide the total paid amount of yours with the total contains (ml) of the ink.
