  • is this interview really in '83, 'cause they keep mentioning that he hadn't toured in 7 years, how odd! as i saw him live in '78 the "heroes" tour my math makes it five years since he toured????

  • @jocksoff

Yeah this is defo from 83 even though they have the years wrong...LOL

  • That was another thing which really impresed me about Bowie ( beside being a great musician and performer ) is that he was one of the few rock artists who actualy sounded inteligent and well spoken in interviews, along with John Lennon ( face it, most rock stars WERE inarticulate dumb fucks ).

  • OMG, he is so cute <3 <3

  • She's cute :)

  • DB was too ahead of his time. That's why he seemed to be weird.

  • @MATTDAY It is astonishing how badly researched these things are. I remember this at the time and thinking....7 years, really? One 1978 world tour forgotten. Interesting how Bowie does not bother to correct him either.

  • @Skulldini

Agreed. Bowie is most always eloquent and gentlemanly in interviews, which must've been hard for him--so many of these interviewers seem difficult and ignorant and have NO idea what he's about.

  • He says his new album will sound more "humanistic" and "warmer", and despite this, he released Let's Dance, glossy robot disco. Odd fellow.

  • not all, but mick jagger and keith richard really annoy me sometimes. hard to imagine sometimes that they are the creative geniuses that they are

  • Quite charming isn't he?
