I agree with Rick Perry, but I think we should move the troops back in strategically, with a small group of crack elite forces first. They should be headed by Perry, of course, and the size of the troops he commands should, not coincidentally, match the number of members in Congress. They should be parachuted in. Preferably over Baghdad. At noon.
