first of all,chna isn't being 'sold' the land.Chinese investment is necessary if Gwadar is to get developed.This is a fact over-shadowed by Baloch feudal lords who don't wish for their people to come into the 21st century.
secondly,Gwadar bought by the taxes of all of pakistan,its a national treasure though first preferance in jobs must be given to balochis as they need it to join the political and economic mainstream of Pakistan.the balochis people are slaves to their tribal lords,not punjab.
