well i roast in a bread machine with a heat gun, and im strugleing with the location of m temp probe. right now it reads about 398 to 400 for first crack and 421 until second, and jets up to 437 durring second. i have it in the bean mass, but i think it may be to close to the outher wall and picking up on some heat from the bread makers element.
