this introduction to a longer in-progress documentary about the framework of interacting belief systems offers some of the poetic destiny of a lifelong church lady widow

as revealed through a entangled system of hair growth metaphors

shared by a daughter whose ideas about existence have become more flexible and welcoming to cosmic configurations, and interactions of both small and large-scale objects in a complex and necessary temporary connecting of everything in any universe

to form innumerable patterns, any of which may inspire, none of which may be permanent or right, instead are only possible

while her mother's pursuit of religious (Christian) glory and fervor intensifies, becoming a proxy for her husband. The mother's life is now committed to maintaining home and body as shrines to her savior that has become a merger of Jesus and her husband who's been deceased for thirty years —such loneliness despite the nearness of God that sustains her;

both mother and daughter feel that the other needs saving, two different kinds of salvation, bits of which form the poetry that is the fabric of the video.

A PRELUDE because transformation is in progress.
More video, text, and other forms of expression will follow.

Music by composed and performed on a toy piano by Ansted of knaknox (http://www.knaknox.com).
