Please Be Mine-Chapter 30

*NEXT DAY AFTER SCHOOL; SARAH'S POV*
As I was washing my car outside, listening to the radio I suddenly felt someone poke my side, I jumped, and heard someone laughing. "Nick! Don't do that! You know I hate it!" I said putting my hand on my hip.
Nick-Sorry, it's just funny to watch your reaction.
"Haha very funny, go bother someone else, I'm trying to finish washing my car." I said turning around and going back to work.
Nick-Okay, but may I ask why you are wear a bikini if you are washing the car?
"Because I was going to go in the pool after." I replied still scrubbing the car.
Nick-And I am not invited?
"Nope."
Nick-Well, it's my pool.
"It's OUR pool, I live here now, remember?"
Nick-But I'm the one who cleans it.
"Good point, but that's not stopping me." I replied continuing. Suddenly I felt Nick spray water all over me. I screamed. He started laughing. But as he was busy laughing, I dumped the bucket of water on him. He gave me the 'I can't believe you just did that' look, it was hilarious. We started running around chasing each other with the look of revenge in our eyes just like two little kids. But before I could get away, Nick put his arms around me and lifted me up. "Nick! Put me down!" I screamed, but it was too late. "Nick, don't you dare!" Just then he threw me into the pool.
Nick-Ha!
I grabbed his leg and pulled him into the water. "Haha, now we're even!" I said laughing as he came up from the water.
Nick-Fine. Be that way.
He started laughing with me, he was so adorable. Then we started staring into each others' eyes as we always ended up doing. Just then Mrs. Jonas came out.
Mrs. Jonas-What are you two doing in the pool! You're father just put Clorox in it and other chemicals! Get out quick and go shower!
We flew out of the pool immediately and ran inside as fast as we could. We'd seen kids that have had Clorox in their hair, it was green! We certainly didn't want that! We ran up the stairs soking wet and laughing. Kevin and Hanna just stared at us. That only made us laugh more. Once I finished showering Joe came up.
Joe-Hello baby.
He kissed me, his lips felt nice and warm. I took a deep breath. I had to fix this, it was going to be hard, but I had to do it. I loved Joe, but I loved Nick more, Nick was my soulmate. "Joe, look, I need to talk to you. Please don't kiss me and stop me." I thought for a moment. How was I going to say this? ... Well here it goes. "Joe, I've had lot's of fun being with you, you're the most hilarious guy ever, and I love you. But-"
Joe-Look Sarah, I know where this is going, and...
