Puch Maxi at K-State

This is a short video of my Puch Maxi moped. The only mod so far is a Tecno Circuit pipe. Later I'll add a 70cc kit, CDI, and performance carb.

Yeah, 35 mph is not very fast even for a moped. A good modded ped will go 50+ . Stock speed is only about 25-30. This was kind of a joke. Hell, I didn't even know that cop was there until I got the video home. Even then, the speed limit is 30 and he would have never messed with me anyway.

I read that Kansas allows up to 130 cc when it comes to mopeds! wish we had that in Holland!

Ha that cop part was pretty good. Just picked up a 74 puch maxi for 80 bucks. What size jets did you use with your new pipe? I need to start doing some research as this is my first moped. Thanks

Is that your only form of transportation?

If so 35 is fast enough. I am happy just being able to be on the road doing 30 myself. The hyped up mopeds need lots of maintainance...........

You should try to get your hands on a Leovinci HM for a lot of extra torque or a Homoet 4P (for 50cc, 6P is for 70cc) for topspeed.
