This documentary covers the heritage sites of several major martial arts as well as demonstrations by martial arts masters in person. For those who are greatly interested in martial arts and those who work in the field of martial arts, this documentary provides valuable reference materials. Unlike most of the martial arts-based movies, this film does not use any non-realistic special effects, so it is indeed a rare martial arts documentary.
