Inspirational Skateboard Video Parts From The Past.

When I skated back in the late 80's into the 90's, one of my favorite things to do before heading out, was to watch a scene or scenes from a skateboard video, you know, for a little pump up.

I decided to compile some of my favorite moments from some of the old vids.

Life Skateboards - "A Soldier's Story" from 1991. Life mainly consisted of riders from H-Street. I would really like to post this whole video, cause it was one of the best at the time. Great skating and the perfect soundtrack made it one of best. Right now I give you Sean Sheffey's section and also the end credits of the vid, which is really cool with all the skaters and slow motion shots. You were willing to be more daring yourself after watching Sean skate. Great first part with Ennio Morricone music over top.

It's from the classic Clint Eastwood western, "The Good The Bad and the Ugly". That's the main theme. The soundtrack is very much so available on cd. The whole thing is good. There's another track on there that Metallica plays before they come on stage. It's called "The Ecstacy of Gold". It's another great track.

If you get it, make sure it's the original "The Good the Bad and the Ugly" movie soundtrack, composed by Ennio Morricone. I've seen copies from other composers.
