I don't know about US but around here it's illegal to videotape or take pictures of people without their consent. That automatically includes law-enforcement and any other human beings.

If a police officer is just doing his/her job, then he/she shouldn't have to worry about a video of them doing said job leaked onto the Internet.

the cops don't want any evidence to be obtained to prosecute them..the case should be thrown out..this is now wiretapping..the definition of wiretapping hasn't changed..this is not wiretapping..corrupt cops and prosecutors
