  • @elishacheryl The crow pose is more strength then balance. Triceps and shoulder strength people! Thats key for this pose. Those who box, can do this on their first few tries.I started boxing before yoga and this was not hard for me. A friend of mine who is also my sparring partner is able to perform this (obviously since he doesn't perform yoga on a daily basis like myself had a bit of a hard time with the balance, but definitely held the pose for 2-4 sec first time. Overall though nicely done!

    Good at this!!! You're vids are short but I enjoy watching them! Hopefully my upper body strengthens out one of these days so I can try this

  • @ShaolinRyan Ohh ok i see what u mean. I guess we need both to do it eh? Lol. Yes i LOVE to do yoga, but ive never taken a class beofre, just on Wii fit. :)
