@TheDonmaster99 You can't tell if that bike actually had that light out, because it was a strobe. Chances are, the camera was filming at too low FPS to catch the flashes.

@realkoyoable NY has allowed blue to the rear of police vehicles for the past couple years, but only to the rear and not the front. It's good to allow blue lights visible to the rear to contrast with red taillights in traffic, but as for not allowing blue to the front it's probably just "because we like it that way dammit" or something like that...
