  • @HackerNation23 DVDFab can work well on Windows 7, the operation are the same with that on Windows XP. Just follow the tutorial and tips, you will get on well with it easily.

  • @HackerNation23 Please follow the instruction to get the brand and type of your drive.

    Right click "My computer"-->Choose "Property"-->Choose "Hard ware"-->Choose "Device manager" to search the information.If it is a BD-Rom, please check if there is a newer firmware to update for your blu-ray drive.

  • @dvdfabber this is def a universal problem... how can i check if my computer has BD-ROM??

  • @HackerNation23 For your problems, could you please use other Blu-ray DVDs to see if this is a universal problem, or just for this one? moreover, you should try to make sure your computer has BD-ROM or you connect your pc with a BD dirve.

    if the pronlem still exsits, please tell us the blu-ray drive type in detail.

  • @dvdfabber im using the nwest version of DVDFab.

  • @HackerNation23 Which version of DVDFab are you using now? In order to make your disc recognized, you need a blu-ray dirve. You should open DVDFab first, then insert your disc into your blu-ray drive, then your disc shall be read.

  • when i put the blu ray disc into my computer, it does not even reconize that i put a disc in...HELP PLEASE
