Don't really understand what you meant for the first part of your comment.
I still do rows and clean and jerk. I don't have a sled, but I do plan on building one sometime in the near future.
Right now I am following Rapid Fat Loss by Lyle McDonald. I got a little fat over the holiday season and am using this to get a "kick start" to get back to where I should be.
I see you like Chuck Liddell. He uses Crossfit as part of his training.
Chuck is my girlfriend's favorite fighter too.

Nah, its a different form of a pullup. Just like press, push press, and jerk all have the same start and ending position, but each is a very different exercise with different goals in mind.
Kipping pullups are used to learn how to pull explosively. They are also used in metabolic conditioning workouts as you can crank them out in large numbers and they used many muscles in the body at the same time.
Look up "kipping pullups" on youtube or google crossfit.
