I find Bison a very hard match-up i feel like i can do anything to him or i get hit. So when one is doing none stop pressure i can even think.
Timestamps
0:39 after not knowing what to do i see a opening and after you can see where i adapt with focus attacks.
1:27 I try and pull of a one two. Did i miss the timing shouldn't he still be in hit stun or can this just be super'd.
1:38 I think this one answers itself not being safe to jump in.
I film on a D7000 so if you would like me to add commentary when filming over timestamps just say so.
Also, sometimes it's better not to use your Ultra after a crumple if the ultra bar is barely over half-way. With some combos you can do pretty much the same damage the ultra would've done, but save the ultra for later on in the match with it being a full bar instead of half. Try level 3 focus attacking the cpu dummy in training and see what damage you can get with some combos.

Practice your punishes more. One of the easiest after causing a crumple is forward + heavy punch -> shoryuken. If you would've done that combo at 1:00 the bison would've had next to no life left. There are better combos for punishing you can do but they're tougher and would need more practice to do than the basic solar plexus strike -> shoryuken. A couple would be solar plexus strike -> crouching heavy punch -> shoryuken. Or solar plexus strike -> crouching heavy punch -> tatsu (or ex tatsu).
