@mrsoulpoint Turkoglou is from Croatia and Ersan Ilyasova is from Uzbekistan I think.He is definately not Turkish.His real name was Arsen Ilyasov and his parents were Russian.Turkish basketball is not developed.There are no good Turkish players.Only Turkoglou and Ilyasova are great players and they are foreigners.Turkey has great footbal.If the mundobasket wasn't held in Turkey,Milos Teodosic and his company would play in the final.The refferee won Serbia.Against all the world????

@deductionism 2 times.Along with Giannakis,Christodoulou and Fasoulas.Yugoslavia and USSR had dominated in world basketball at that time.Greece had a good team,but they were never that good.Sabonis in the NBA had 16 points average after several serious injuries.Sabonis was th MVP of the regula season and the top-16 of Euroleague 03-04 with 18 ppg,11rpg,2apg,1spg in 19 mpg with 37? in three pointers,62% FG,and 70% FT.He was 40 years old with both broken knees...No one could stop him.
