This exercise is a double kettlebell snatch. It is performed explosivley very similiar to the Olympic Snatch Variation. You can use it to become more explosive by using a moderate weight and perfroming it for no more than 5 reps per set using multiple sets. It can also be perfromed as a conditioning movement by using a light to moderate weight perfoming it for many repetitions or for a specific amount of time. You can do intervals with this exercise as well.

Very clean motion there. I've only just got this move down today from doing a load of double high pulls over the last couple of weeks. A lot more wobbly than this though I daresay. once It's more or less mastered and my conditioning is a little better I'm hoping to go through Geoff Neupert's KB muscle. Can I ask what weight you're using there?
