Modern ibb is built by expatriates, at the very least, our northern tribelistic government could do is keep up with the expatriates. Just some basic infrastructure for our city; roads, electricity, running water, competent educational and medical institution etc.. But you see Ibb is not in the northern highlands where most of the states expenditures are going. Such as buying off northern highlanders' sheiks; al-ahmer family, sinan abu lahoom etc. IT IS TIME TO DEMAND OUR FAIR SHARE!!!!
