How to Root and load custom Rom on HTC Magic 32AorB!! PART 2

After you have those files on your phone
1.install flash rec.apk
2.open it
3.click backup recovery image
4.type this in the bar:
sdcard/recovery-RAv1.2.1H.img(for 32A)
sdcard/recovery-RAv1.2.1G.img(for 32B)
5. Click flash new recovery
6. find a rom here for appropiate phone: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=493
7. rename rom update.zip
8.put on root of sdcard
9.turn off phone the boot up by holding home a power
10. on recovery menu click nandroid backup, then wipe data, then apply update.zip
11.All done reboot

dude i tried this. but i cant flash my recovery and still cant boot to recovery. its stuck in the docomo logo. can u pls help me. tnx :)

Hey do you know how I can put the rom back into an htc magic?
cuz I just recently wiped the data from my htc magic and now the phone doesn't fully load. It just gets stuck at the Hero boot ...... please help cuz now I cant use my phone.

If I rooted with universal androot or whatever, and put it on the root of my SDcard and then apply update.zip will it do? helpppp

hey when u see the icon try pressing home and power again, if that doesnt work try the process again sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get it rite

Hey
The most stable, and fastest roms out there rite now r :Magic GyD 2.1.1 and MLIGN-MagicV1.1. These are both hero roms an I am using MLIGN- Magic v1.1 rite now and it's amazing!!
