  • Anaerobic, which means without oxygen, i think what he means in the video is developing resistance to lactic acid which you gain through anaerobic work such as sprinting etc. Aerobic refers to exercise in the presence of oxygen which breaks down lactic acid... Trust me i doing sport & exercise science.

  • yea im sure, theres no such thing as anabolic endurance, its anaerobic endurance. Anaerobic endurance refers to the muscles ability to sustain intense, short duration activity such as weight lifting or sprinting.

  • im pretty sure that meant anaerobic endurance, there is aerobic which is distance running and anaerobic which is sprinting.
