@TheRogueMonk i meant I CAN somehow i wrote cant out of habit cause there is ALOT OF STUFF out othere i CANT approve.. for instance the myth that you need only whole grain while whole grain is making you FAT yes specially if you are eating it at normal portions.. cause it keeps you full and gives you alot of energy over time which makes it STUPID to even eat at all .. cause its so potent

@TheRogueMonk i thumbed myself down lol mistakenly... YOU DO FEEL BAD when you cheat IF YOU DO EAT RIGHT for weeks... and you get the fat after the 3rd day even if you diid not cheat the 2 days..
AND YOU NEED to wash your stomach cause you get constipation and constipation is your enemy you wont get hungry

wow i found out all this on my own and it saved my life but here is this guy who knows it already! he is a genius.. he is me just in the future!
he is so right.. when i stopped eating every 3 hour and became hungry ... i lolst the fat!
this man is a real nutrition guy!
for ones! he talks about me and my discovery! i cant approve this!
