Rffj demand public inquiry into case of social worker coercion of child to implicate an innocent parent.

Last month the Scotsman reported a case where a father was implicated in sickening allegations that could've seen him jailed for several years, the allegations turned out to be a total fabrication by his former partner. http://news.realfathersforjustice.org/index.php?itemid=394

Rather worryingly, further investigations by police uncovered a series of emails from the mother's legal team, her lawyer had asserted that should she invent allegations against her former partner the case would go her way.

What happened next was mother made statements implicating the father, making several wild allegations of sexual abuse, she allowed their daughter to be subjected to a series of intrusive examinations and intensive questioning by police and social workers.
The girl, who was 5 years old at the time of questioning, consistently denied any wrong doing by her father, under court scrutiny the judge said the methods used during questioning were flawed and amounted to coercion, he ordered that social worker Tracey Black be removed from child protection duties and the police officers retrained.

"The sickening actions of the mother in the case are deplorable, attempting to separate the child from her father and to have him imprisoned by fabricating sexual abuse.

The fact that both the police and social workers broke all the rules, attempting to get the child to back up these sick allegations, highlights how badly the system operates.

The experiences both father and child have been subjected for two years, could be described as everyone's worst nightmare.

This woman does not deserve the loving title of mother, she should be charged with child cruelty and wasting police time"
We understand from press reports social worker Tracey Black has been removed from the case, however she is still working in child protection despite the ruling, we can ascertain from that social workers consider themselves above the law and immune from Sheriff's court rulings.


One of the policeman in question asked to be removed from duties that involve child protection in the future, we think social worker Tracey Black is a disgrace to the profession and should do the same.

We call for a public inquiry into how the case was handled so lessons can be learnt.

False allegations are rife in family courts, prejudices, bad practice and downright incompetence seem to be the norm.

Cases like this do very little to strengthen confidence in neither the legal system nor the professionals involved.

Rffj have written to Msp Elizabeth Smith asking for progress, further to her comments in the Scotsman calling for an inquiry.

That social worker should be brought up on charges of misconduct and the mother is guilty of sexually abusing the girl for subjecting her to all of that when she knew she had not been abused!

Evil, pure evil, I'm surprised i haven't been accused of it myself, I've been accused of everything else. People who lie and poisin children against the other parent are scum and should be dealt with on child abuse charges.

Genuinely abused kids are voiceless in that it takes an adult to do the legal things for them an abused adult would normally do alone (not including being an actual solictor). I can imagine kids who are abused, once adult would be furious at the parasites who make false allegations. As for women falsely claiming to be battered, their parasitic behaviour has made supporting genuine women victims of abuse pretty much counter-productive for many. Genuine victims should probably shame false victims.

This makes me seethe with anger at what some mothers will do to prevent fathers from seeing their own kids. What makes it worse is that organizations like Cafcass are only to willing to believe these lies and in fact fabricate further lies themselves in aiding mothers in their evil quest. The bias against dads in the court system is obvious for all to see and yet travesties of justice go on and on! I know, because it has happened to me also. I cant see my son, al because my X lied. God why?

The fact that so many postured and posed whilst agreeing that something horrific and unlawful went on, none of the corrupt were brought to justice. Why? The truth is obvious. This system was set up to attack familes and destroy communities in doing so for political ends (massive intended regime change), and so many do not come to the attention of the press. There are man-haters all around the Family Court system. Social Workers, Child Psychologists, Lawyers, Judges, every profession is included. They gravitate to jobs in which they can perform their ill will against dads. We need a law that says once a professional is deemed to be a man-hater, they cannot work with kids or in positions related to families or family court. The professional man-haters are the ones constructing all of these situations.

Although a different allegation, i have recorded evidence of my ex wife and her solicitor discussing options on having me removed from the home, and out of the childrens lives. After much banter, solicitor says very clearly; ' The best way to get him out of the house is to involve the police as much as you can ' .... ' just turn on the waterworks ' .... ' very effective tool (name removed) ' ..... Sickening eh !!
