people keep saying buy American.......and I think thats great but keep in mind an average shirt will cost you $30 , pair of shoes $150 etc. We have gotten used to very low prices on consumer goods that are made by virtually slave labor

No jobs here they have all been shipped elsewhere as we all continue to work for lower wages how do we live better on the lower wages and the higher taxes this service economy will produce? Big manufacturing once paid for things like schools but now the taxpayer will shoulder the entire burden on the new low wage jobs. Not sure how this is living better. Not to mention the quality of goods is so shoddy a consumer has to buy twice as much of everything so really no savings.
