Its money laundering scheme. Dirty money turned into a resort! Money alloted for medicines of the poor, pocketed by the new breed of thieves. Its the worst form of corruption and robbery. Hundred of millions of pesos of Quezon's medical budget funded that resort. All morally upright people should condemned this evil!
