P90X Day 16 Review. We all hit the points where we either have lack of motivation or just simply do not feel like working out. Remember your goals. Remember WHY you started the program.   • It's an amazing thing how good you feel after a workout isn't it? I am under the weather right now and I thought I was just going to run some people through the workouts today, but after I set the gym up and repped out a few I started feeling instantly better. Well long story short... I ended up killing shoulders and back today.

  • Wish I could push it like u... I can never stick with p90x and even workouts I like consistency is an issue for me.

  • @TheJuiy Depends on how intense the workout is, how nutrition has been that day, and what you are doing the next morning. Sleep/recovery is more important than the working out aspect, but if it were me, I'd do the workout, as long as I was still getting atleast 6-7 hours of sleep that night and didn't have to do anything too intensive the next morning. Hope this helps.
