The SUBO Virtual Choir Sings Silent Night

Susan Boyle was looking for someone to perform a duet with her on her Christmas album, so she initiated an online talent contest. The entry demos of people singing "Silent Night" (a capella) were submitted through YouTube. What Susan didn't realize was that she was bringing together so many people from around the world.
While we waited for her to choose the winner, many of us got to know each other through Susan's YouTube channel. As we gathered together daily online, we discovered people from all parts of the world who simply loved to sing.

Even before Susan had picked a winner, we had all shared our entries and discovered that Wow! There are some beautiful voices out there.

Some of us decided to do something with this precious gift that everyone has; we didn't want to waste this opportunity and also wanted to honour Susan's request for people to sing "Silent Night."

To that end, a virtual choir was born. We have named it "The SUBO Virtual Choir" in honour of Susan.
