I think what you're seeing is one of the "B" reporters for YES Network. It's a team-owned network so you'll notice that they don't really hire the cream of the crop, Kim Jones and Bob Lorenz included.

I actually don't agree with that. I've seen a lot of his interviews and I find them quick and to the point. It's not like Kim Jones where the questions have to be in the moment...the web is not in the moment and has to be more general. I thought the interview was good....btw TEX IS A BEAST!

is it just me, or does this broadcaster seem unable to conduct an interview? his questions to mark were so bad, constantly referring them to a-rod and never focusing on the player who is suppose to be in the interview's spotlight. i wanted to know more about his defensive work at first base as well, which has really helped the yanks so far this year. To add to the agony, the interviewer fumbles on his words and asks very general questions after he states his points, like "what do you think?.

so far the Yankees spending nearly half a billion dollars during the off season has paid off. They are in first place, Texeria is hitting like crazy right now, Burnett and Sabathia are pitching like what they should be and the rest of the pitching staff is doing good.

I'm not a big Kevin Long fan (I'd rather see Donnie Baseball back there) but with the big guys crushing the ball again it's hard to be critical. When we're firing on all cylinders, a chimp could be the hitting coach!
