is there a reason you stopped making the magnetic pickup solid body versions? Just curious.

@iloveibanez92 let me clear something up. An updated version of the solid body "Electric" is in the works and going through some tweaks after 8+ years of a run. The Magnetic pick up is for plucked sounds (not so much for bowed apps). The rubber meets the road with the bridge pickup system (which I have a patent on). The mags are there as a secondary. (Mags are worthless as bowed pickups because of planar rejection like out of phase) This is a worthy lab topic for a future blog. Stay tuned!

Well, I will check out your "myspace" just thought I'd say hello with my off beat humor. Looking forward to getting the 8 series guitarViol when it is done. Are there any pictures of a completed one yet?
